Minutes of the Third Congress
Mr. B. Johnson Sec. Treas.
The Third Congress met on July 8, 2012, at the Famous Neon's Unplugged.  Members in attendance were Messrs. Walker, Carr, Stepp, Griffith and Johnson.  Absent were Messrs. Back and Browne.
Finnally having a quorum present, the tardy President Walker called the meeting to order.
The minutes of the Second Congress were read and approved.
Secretary-Treasurer Johnson gave the fiscal report.
President Walker displayed with pride the new gavel and sounding board he claimed was a gift from Judge Judy.
Having no old business, the president asked for new business.  Vice-President Carr, renowned for giving the business, introduced new member Mr. Stepp.
President Walker was rebuked for being late, and thereby earned the moniker of Dicky Ol’Boy.  It was decided that a member so designated may buy-out the dubious distinction by purchasing a round of libations (one round per Dicky designation) for each member.
To accommodate the neediness of new member Mr. Stepp, the meetings will henceforth be held on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the Famous Neon's Unplugged.
The creation of a pipe box for the bar was tabled due to Mr. Back's absence.  In honor of/punishment for Mr. Browne's absence, he was selected to develop the Club's handshake and anthem.
Ambassador Griffith was given the additional duties of E-mail Membership Leads Handler.
Day trips to Strauss and Hardwicke's of Indianapolis were discussed, but the discussion was reduced to mumbling as the members ran out of drinks.
With a bang of his gavel, the president adjourned the meeting.
The next meeting in August 7, 2012, unless Mr. Stepp requires another accommodation.
